True. Mine is a coupe and if it ever shows up I'll be happy to dig around lol

If you want to control the valves just get this. I installed it earlier this year and its a very easy install and give you control via a small remote or programmed to your HomeLink. $300.

It's been reported that this doesn't work for 24s.

Well, I just checked out the fuse panel located in the trunk of my 2024 and it is the same as the vert. There is no 15 amp fuse in the EFI slot. It is empty.

Thanks and bummer. That would have been a super easy way to toggle.

Oh well, I'll probably just leave it and enjoy it the way it was designed

Default Exhaust valve operation

Does anyone truly know when the stock valves are opened by the ECM? I’ve got a new 24, no complaints, sounds awesome, yet super-quite cruising.. as I understand, valves are operating strictly by the ECM.. just wondering if anyone really knows how the ECM logic determines when to open? Speed, throttle location, drive mode, etc…Just a talking point for my own personal education on the LC design. I like owing 100% Lexus builds, would never make any mechanical mods, especially during warranty…

From my understanding it's a mix of drive mode and/or engine speed

try check out the induction wail you get ~ 6000 rpm ; sounds awesome, almost like an f1
you can hear the wail in some of the lexus performance school videos.
had mine up there once; terror of another infraction limits my attempts to enjoy more ...
but its all natural, just the roar of a beautifully tuned naturally aspirated good old V8
