Hello all, my question is would anyone of you buy the Escort Solo 4 cordless Radar? The Lexus cigarette lighter is so far from plug in, which causes the cord the be a pain. My old Porsche’s cig lighter was right in front so it made it very easy. The cord does get in the way in the Lexus and right now, I cannot afford installation. Thanks for your advice! Honestly very easy to do. Get a blendmount and the little short wire harness they sell and hardwire into your rear view mirror power. Radar installs under the mirror and no wiring hanging anywhere. Here is the what the plug looks like and the red and black you tap.
