Default Window issue... any ideas ?

The rear windows on my 5 day old convertible decided to stay open and will not close no matter what I try. Any experiences or ideas on this ?

TIA

Update in case this happens to anyone else.

Although I never touched the window lock button in the first place, turning it on and then off again has seemed to fix the problem.

So funny, I actually had exact same issue the first week I owned mine. I called the dealer service dept and they reminded me of how stupid I was lol

Welcome,

I did the same thing.

It is nice to have one button to lower/raise all windows. Our Continental has this too.
