Different Gear Ratio for Differential Could Make a Diff

I don't yet own an LC500, but I am currently shopping. Much of what I have read about the LC500 is that the 10-speed transmission is a 6 speed + 4 overdrive gears. This seems like this could be remedied by swapping out the rear differential for a different ratio, which should make the car (a little) quicker and make better use of all of those overdrive gears.
Does anyone know of an aftermarket provider of differentials for Lexus? Either US or home market.
Thanks
