Oh BIT come on now. You for one know I am just kidding and didn't say I didn't like it. You get in trouble for your jokes as well. Not sure why people are so sensitive about things. Next think you know I am going to get slapped like Chris Rock

There is probably more carbon fiber on this LC500 than any other LC out there. That wasn't my initial intention with the build but that's how it turned out. From engine bay to interior, there is carbon fiber everywhere! I am used to the "did you forget to paint it" jokes, so I take no offense. Its been a blast building this exactly the way that I want it, and its been fun and challenging sourcing little known and rare parts. I have learned a lot about working on cars and probably even more about JDM car part manufacturers from this car alone. I am pretty confident that there are some things on this car that nobody else has in the US or it was the first to have them.
Anyway, here is more carbon fiber! Unpainted of course

The exposed carbon fiber fenders and hood are definitely a polarizing feature of this build, but I think it looks great. I saw an R34 GT-R on Instagram with unpainted carbon fiber hood and fenders on white paint. It was so cool looking! I was inspired by that car.

I was invited to enter my car in the Keeneland Concours d'Elegance this year - hence the reason for the nice pictures (I needed them for the application). This car show is held at the Keeneland horse racing track in Lexington Ky every summer. It is a pretty prestigious event. Typically a car like mine would not be of interest to the promotors, but they have added what essentially is a "tuner" class. This year the theme is "Porsche". They have 4 different Porsche classes this year which included air cooled, water cooled, etc. They have other classes based on country of origin, production year (going back to 1924), etc. Anyway, I am really excited to have the opportunity to enter my car. A lot of people still don't know that an LC500 is. While mine is definitely a more extreme example of one, I am hoping that it gets some good exposure.
