The exposed carbon fiber fenders and hood are definitely a polarizing feature of this build, but I think it looks great. I saw an R34 GT-R on Instagram with unpainted carbon fiber hood and fenders on white paint. It was so cool looking! I was inspired by that car.
There is probably more carbon fiber on this LC500 than any other LC out there. That wasn't my initial intention with the build but that's how it turned out. From engine bay to interior, there is carbon fiber everywhere! I am used to the "did you forget to paint it" jokes, so I take no offense. Its been a blast building this exactly the way that I want it, and its been fun and challenging sourcing little known and rare parts. I have learned a lot about working on cars and probably even more about JDM car part manufacturers from this car alone. I am pretty confident that there are some things on this car that nobody else has in the US or it was the first to have them.
Anyway, here is more carbon fiber! Unpainted of course
I bought this 2022 new a couple of weeks ago. It has the Dynamic package. I’ve got a thousand miles on it. It's got the Caramel interior. Great car. I love driving it. My wife says its the prettiest car she’s ever seen.
fix does seem to work, but only on safari, not chrome or edge as they don't have that setting.
There is no setting in Mac OS so I believe this fix only applies to mobile devices. At least none I can find. And it only affects the newer Mac OS, I have an older iMac with an older OS that works fine with all the pictures. On my MacBook Pro, not working at all.
i met up with a friend/client today to do some electronics setup for them. i arrived in the LC and they arrived in a motorhome. the motorhome had came from the factory in a pretty ugly beige color. they liked my LC and decided to wrap their motorhome in a blue/gray wrap.
but when i saw the relative size i had to laugh... here it is:
