Picked up a 2021 Flare Yellow LC convertible.

For those on the fence or curious what a deal might look like here is mine. (Mind you I didn't really haggle as the car was pending sale at the other dealership so I jumped in.)

Base price 112,670 for the car

3000 for transport T_T (I feel like they are juicing here but whatever.... close enclosure transport)
They did a dealer swap for the car.
599 for window tint.
995 for GAP
1.90 interest rate.

total cost of the car including options and very high state tax

130,855.98
Put 10,000 down (They let me put 5,000 on my amex so I got 5000 points out of this which is nice)

total financed 120855.98

monthly payment for 60 months 2113.05

They said about 10 days to deliver from socal to Bellevue Wa. Maybe another day for the tint application when it gets here. So like next thursday or friday hopefully.

We’re all happy you found and negotiated the car configuration you were wanting. The LC is truly a rare car and catches so much attention. Is there any thought about Paint Protection Film (PPF) for the front, hood and mirrors? You have so much invested that it might be worth protecting that fantastic “Flare Yellow” paint finish and give you some comfort and peace of mind in the future.

Congratulations! If it's flares yellow with the caramel and black top that was probably the one I was looking at in August. I ultimately went with infrared, same color as my RCF and I was not tired of it

that was my second choice. that one is like in midwest or something?

I got the black top and black interior one that has been sitting at newport lexus. If I couldn't get this then yeah the infrared with black top and caramel interior was the next top choice!

I wasn't planning on buying one till like the 10th of next month but yesterday I went in and asked the dealer how yellows are doing on availability.

only 5 verts in all of the USA :O

My original dealer said this one was pending sale but the second dealer had a guy text someone there and they agreed to sell it so I was like ok lets do it today.

I guess the other guy was still working on the down payment or something.

I'm super excited... it's going to be a long 10 days haha

Yeah, I'm planning on getting ceramic and PPF... But TBH the way lexus does PPF is super gross (I have it on my ES300H Only half the hood) . So Going to look around right away to get it done properly.

Oh I also told them not to detail the car so that they dont swirl my paint lol. (I hear this happens a lot)

at first i thought you meant of any color (there's 97 on autotrader), but in yellow, only 2 on autotrader nationwide! Other one in kentucky.

yeah that was the second option.. it's got caramel interior... was going to give up on yellow though If that was my only option

Make appointment now. I made mistake to wait. Once got the car and called to make appt. They were booked out for 3 weeks. So book it now. You already got the car. And you can always cancel for whatever reason.
