Default How are your seats holding up?

I'm on the hunt for a used LC 500 and I haven't decided if I want the Sport package or Touring package, but lean towards Touring. Some photos I've seen from used listings show more wear on the leather than I see on the sport seats. There's a black leather interior LC available in California and it looks like the stitching on the seats has come loose. The red leather interiors I've seen photos of seem to show more creases on the seat bottom. Maybe the sport seats will hold up better over time?

^^^^I have a black leather Touring Package, I bought the Touring Packing just for the all leather seats. I have no issues with wear nor did I have any wear issues with the black leather interior in MY ISF that I had for ten years. I've had my LC for four years. Also IMO, the Leather seats should wear better then the Sport seats around the wear area of the front outside of the seat. The Touring seats are rolled and the Sport seats have a welt seam in that area. Again, just my opinion, I have nothing to back it up. See attached. Pict one is the Touring seat, pict two is the Sport seat.

Note: I know of no owner of any LC on this site having wear issues with the leather or alcantara seats.

I've had mine for 5 years now - sport seats with the alcantara middle portion. I make sure to maintain them by cleaning, and applying conditioner once every six months. No issues thus far - except for some creases in the leather, which I'd think is normal.

My seats are white leather. I sit on a white towel in an attempt to keep them clean. However, I do periodically clean the seat backs. No wear noted but virgin white is hard to keep virgin. Driver’s seat is just a lil less bright than the passenger. But so far, I’m good!

I posted a similar issue last year. I use a cushion donut on the seat that helps a bit with scuffing and wearing. I even got a red one to match my seat color.
