My '21 'vert came with the carbon fiber scuff plates of which I was never a fan. Talking with my parts dealer and was checking on the price of a stock set of door sills and he is looking at my Vin and says " You have the carbon fiber sills and want to put on stock"? Yep, I say and he says the stock one are $429 and the CF ones are over $3000. WoW, still not a fan. Anybody out there with stock '21 brown, ohcre or what ever they call them wanna trade. I also need the large black wind deflector and would trade my CF sills for them. Thats about 3k for 1k. Posting on another site so first chicken, well you know. Jimmy 828-234-0424

That's what I bought.....mistake!! They are 2 piece and re-use the padded part off the stock sills since my car came with one piece CF I don't have that piece and Lexus doesn't sell it stand alone.

 

I agree. Small bits of carbon on interior can look good, but only if tastefully done. Having just one or two bits just looks cheap. Especially a mirror cap or just one spoiler. Those sills really stand out, asking the questions “Why is this here?” or “Where is the rest?”

 

I love them just don't love the cost!
