I would guess most vehicles over the price of 100k are owned by 50 plus people. Due to cost not the type/style of it. I know I couldn't have afforded one when I was 20-40 I got .9 interest rate so I didn't put down much money or use cash. I took the cash and used to flip houses. More than doubled my money in 8 months Only part that sucks is my LC payment is more than my house payment lol
In long run, it saved me money from not having to take it out of my personal account. I put down 60k and financed 50K @ 1k per month. TMI?

My current base pay doubles compared with Jan of 2020. Our household annual incoming is well above 250k, might over 300k depends bonus. Well, at April of 2020, it was below 150k....
Also, refinanced our house (bought @2017) from 30 year to 15 year last year. Now, monthly mortgage plus escrow is less than my weekly pay after all tax deductions. Life has been suddenly so good.
Covid time has been a big boost for me. But I still want to be financially conservative, so I pick a Toyota.
but, those neighbors / colleagues who lost family/friends just hard to be forgotten

We moved here in early 2020 and bought a house up north by cave creek a couple months later. My house value (looking at comps and Zillow and what the bank said during my refi) is up $500,000. It’s insane. I know it won’t stay that way but it made my refi at a stoooopid low rate even sweeter. My dream house on a full acre costs about what rent was in our downtown apartments when we first got here.

I refinanced into a 20yr loan in Mar 2021 for 2.735%.....coupled with my 0% for 60 mos on my LC......life is pretty sweet for the foreseeable future!!!
Welcome to Arizona! I wish I would have moved here when I turned 18 as I have never been so happy waking up everyday in Paradise.
