apparently the farmers will get the short end first.
Depends on the farmers. If it’s the Saudi company Fodomonte that has unfettered and unregulated massive use of flood irrigation to grow water intensive crops like alfalfa to be shipped back to the Middle East to feed cattle, that’s good. They’re estimated to use several million dollars of water per year that way, enough to provide water to over 50,000 homes annually. They only pay $25/acre to lease the land, too, which is estimated by some to be less than 1/6 of what it should be. They’re depleting the groundwater quite rapidly.
I purchased mine used at the age of 57. I hate paying full retail for anything. I’m hoping to have it paid off by year’s end.
Yup, me too. My LC was the first new car I ever bought and I'm 59. But, the used prices were still high for the LC, most likely going to be the last car i ever buy, finally decided I wanted new to get the colors I wanted. Oh, I might buy some other Sunday cars, but this daily driver (9 months of the year) will last me the next 25, and most likely outlast me unfortunately. lol
I made more money during Covid then any time in my life. Financially I was a big fan of Covid Other ways not so much AZ prices are coming down. I flip houses here and seeing it big time at the auctions.
What a stupid thing to say since most of us know someone that died from Covid.... but hey, you made a few bucks so you could brag on the internet. We're so proud of you. LMAO
So many on here braggin about how much they make, houses they own, etc., to a bunch of folks that can afford a LC500. OMG.
