What did you guys cross shop this car with ? In my case that jag wasn’t even on the list of consideration (looks weird to me).
I cross shopped the 8 series, Aston Martin vantage and Bentley continental convertible. My Maserati Ferrari dealer tried to get me into a Roma but it was 2-3 years out

I’ve been a Lexus fan since the introduction of the GS series. So I did no cross shopping. Just was excited to see Lexus finally step up to the plate with the concept LF-LC. Ultimately got my wish when the production version LC came to market.

However, my original hunt was for a 2016-2018 Ferrari California T but I gave up after 6 months of waiting for a white/red leather WITH ventilated seats to come to market.
Suffice to say I didn't even come close to the top of my budget when I came to the conclusion that there is no car under $150k that compares in value to my LC 'vert.
Also…the MBZ E53 AMG was a very close second in the final round….
