Wow - I didn't know that. Thanks for the update. I thought that all IS didn't have the DHP - but it seems like the 2019 did. That's definitely a keeper!

Been driving the LC more and getting familiar with all the buttons/layouts. I just have to ask...what option(s) did I skip? There's blank switch...

I don't think any - most of us here in North America have the same blank switch. I believe that could be for other markets.

I'm pretty sure you voided the warranty of every single part even remotely attached to that procedure. Also, it's not like you can Hide the camera install from your dealer's service folk.
Melbourne, FL Lexus absolutely refused to do ANY kind of radar detector hard wire install. I got the idea if I pushed the idea to the Service/General Mgr they might bend but they were
not even ready to discuss that.

and now that i look at it closely, maybe it's a defeat for engine auto stop/start. maybe that's a requirement in some countries.

and maybe as lou said, it only applies to the hybrid, perhaps to stop the engine going off when the car stops?
