Looks like it's going to be a huge meet from the lists of both the Wrx forum and the Evo forum. Due to the early sunset times, they scheduled the meet from 11am till sun down (around 4pm...lately). Looks like lots of food, drinks, and nice cars will be at this meet. The weather looks a bit chilly in the 40s but at least it's going to be sunny. With the numbers of cars that will be attending, looks like this is going to be a huge car meet. See you guys there.

Do you think we should also set up a list of things to bring or do you want to do this when we meet up and then just go to the Key Foods down the street from the park and everyone chip in and get bunch of stuff.
Also, do we have a place and time where we will be meeting to roll to the meet together, or are we just going to just all meet up at Alley Pond Park (location of meet). I think it's time for a huddle to go over what the game plan is. See you guys this Sunday.

I can pick up the stuff tomorrow and you guys can just throw in like $10 each to me.
I can go to BJ's and pick up a pack of hot dogs, and box of 40 burgers, etc, etc. I will also look for the extra bag of charcoal.
Also consider it wil be cold and a lot of people may pass on it. just thats just food for thought.

Cool, so that's the plan. How about place of meet. Are we meeting up beforhand or just meet up there.
As for the weather, I know from previous Evo - Wrx forums meets, 40 degree weather didn't deture them from the meets (remeber they have AWD so they even have meets when it's snowing outside..). Just from last year's meet in Nov. at FBF, they had a huge turnout.
Let's get all our Lexus crew's input, and do this thing.

Grand Central Pkwy West exit 23 .... Cross Island Pkwy/ Union Tpke/ Alley Park exit
take Union Tpke Exit.
Right on Union Tpke .. RIght onto Springfield Blvd goto 76th Ave enter Alley Pond Park and Parking Lot.
Grand Central Pkwy Easy exit 22 - Union Tpke
Turn Left on Union Tpke, goto SpringField Blvd. Right on Springfield Blvd goto 76th Ave enter Alley POng Parking Lot.
Similar direction from LIE.
Exit 29 - Springfield Blvd. South on Springfield Blvd to 76th ave and turn left into Alley Pond Park parking lot.

OK Lexotic and chuck, meet at my house 10:50ish
I am heading to the grocery now....
$5 a head tomorrow should cover the cost of foods.
If Anyone has charcoal and/or lighter fluid in their garage, please bring it along.
I have one bag and we could use another.
