Well, it's all set. We have actually 2 groups of forums my friends...the SQC-NY (Subaru) and the EVO-NY (Evos). They are all nice peeps, and definitely car enthusiasts. They actually wanted to do this last year when they had the big FBF meet but it was the same date as our last year's Palisades meet in which most of us stopped by FBF after the Palisades meet. This will be on a Sunday Nov. 14th at the Alley Pond Park off of Springfield. We are going to have BBQ, drinks, and lots and lots of nice cars there. The 2 forums have this meet as a sticky on both forums and it should be the usual big turn out as they usually do. I hope we can represent Lexus with the Subaru and Mitsu guys. See you guys then....
Charles
p/s: Rich we do need to arrange to bring some stuff for the BBQ. It's not like we want to look like cheapos driving a Lexus and showing up at a BBQ meet empty handed. I would be more than willing to pick up materials for the meet. There's a Key Food right down the street on Springfield Blvd off of L.I.E.

BOO HOO HOO, I have a feeling that I will be the only N/A car there!!!
At least I know where the meet will be, so I don't have to stress about catching up to you guys.
Matter a fact, I can even walk there from my new house.
If you guys plan on collecting money for BBQ supplies, let me know..
If not, then I can pick up some stuff too.
Looking foward to seeing you guys again.

I wouldnt go overboard with BBQ supplies. I dont plan to hang out in the park for any extended period of time if its in the 40's. Maybe we could just pick up a few dozen donuts or something?
I personally am in no mood for a November BBQ. I dont plan on eating much or cooking anything in this weather. an hour or so of hanging out and meeting with the other import enthusiasts will suit me just fine.

You can go to both the SQC-NY forum and EVO-NY forum, and they have a sticky for EVO, SQC, and Lexus Meet and a sign up list with things to bring. Both threads are becoming quite extensive. It's going to be a good turnout as usual....
They are all good peeps and many of them are friends from the FIZZ car show team. I hope we can represent Lexus. If you think we are not going to have a descent group of peeps showing, I can always post a thread on clublexus and is300.net ( I don't think many of the NJ peeps will be able to make it all the way to Bayside but at least we'll have the NY-LI several members that posts but haven't met yet may show up). I'm going to try to get some of my exotic car friends to show up also (Porsche Turbo, Lambo, Lotus, Ferrari...)
Looking foward to this meet guys, it might be the last before the deep freeze shows up and then I only get to see you guys on Northern Blvd every once in a while..(Dave you know what I mean ).

Charles I think we will have a good turn out. Quality not Quantity
I am not against buying a trunk full of groceries, I just dont want to see it go to waste as I have seen time and time again from all of our past IX show shopping sprees LOL.
I have returned home one time from an IX show with 9 (yes nine) HUGE bags of chips in my trunk!!
I'll check the forums and see what will be a suitable medium.
I am not concerned with anyone thinking we are unorganized and cheap... cause I know we are !!!! haha!
