Hi. We just bought a 2015 IS250 with 121k miles. Start the car first time in the morning and the radio works. Get to destination, turn car off. Get back in and start it, no radio, no nothing. It’s as if the controls just quit working. We have gone through the manuals and no luck. What could cause this? We have read on this site about amp issues causing problems. Our system does occasionally work. Any direction would be appreciated.

 

I have a 2015 GS350 ive had for just over 2 years now, My AM/FM will only work just in the morning when i start up my car. After that throughout the day and multiple re-starts, the AM/FM will not work along with the weather map and one other thing i cant remember. I just use bluetooth all the time now and listen to podcasts and music through the phone. But every now and then i would like to listen to local radio and also check out the weather channel app and look at the radar. Nobody's ever responded with anything thats actually helped track down whats going on. Everything else works perfectly fine, but this AM/FM thing really bugs me because i dont have any sort of direction to start looking. Please feel free to give any info that helps 👍🏻
