2015 ES300h

got a carbon fiber steering wheel with heated as to not lose functionality, but the new wheel had no pins on the wires. These pictures are from the factory wheel. Bonus last pic is the new wheel.

please let me know if there’s a better community to ask. The company’s support has not gotten back to me but I fear they don’t know either hence they are missing…
