Just bought a used RX and it came with one of these installed, but came with no manual or instructions.

Very difficult to find the documentation online as most official websites now link to the newer updated Toyota/Lexus Integrated dash cam or a quick start guide for this model.

So thought I would share what I found in case anyone else buys a car with one of these (I am sure there are quite a few as some dealerships offered to install these cameras for free) and can't figure out how it works.
