I would like to upgrade sound system for louder and better sound quality--
Any suggestions or deterrents ?

Any guidance or suggestions would be helpful --
Should i/ does the dealership do this ? or should i search out after market reputable shop.
I am in Bergen County NJ -- North Jersey.. Close by the George Washington Bridge.

This is not much detail, but I would NOT use a Lexus dealer. I would

• look for a reputable car audio place in your area
• have an idea of what you want
• have a budget in mind

One other thing you may want to consider ......... is the vehicle out of the factory warranty period? Some people do not worry about this, but others wait until the factory warranty period is over before modifying their vehicle.

 

I spoke to Lexus Corp and read their warranty paperwork. If you have a Lexus warranty and modify the system that will void the entire warranty. I have a certified 2021 RX350 and to keep from voiding my entire warranty I had Lexus install their car dash cam so my warranty stays in place. I called Lexus Corp to verify this so be careful if you are under warranty. If no warranty shop around to see what is out there and do research.
