radio doesnt work on sc300
i just bought an sc300 5spd:
the radio doesnt work: when i tune it to a good station and turn the volume all the way up it is very quite, you can barely hear it over the engine. the back window is smashed and was open to rain and snow for the past 6 months, so the back speakers got very wet. even so, one of them still plays the music at the same volume as the front speakers. whats wrong with my radio? what could have gotten damaged by the rain that would cause this problem?

thanks for the help!
where exactly is the amp? is there anyway to test it, or should i just replace it? as i said the back window was out, and so there is a box in between the passenger side speaker and subwoofer that was filled with water. it has a circuit board inside it and wires running across the top that go to the speakers, and says pioneer on it. is this the amp? if not, should i replace this part to? when i disconnected it the audio sounded the same. thanks in advance for more help.

Step One: Fix that window!
That is indeed the woofer amp for the Pioneer (not Nak) sound system. The signal connections for all 3 speakers are accessable from the trunk- connect the speaker leads from a stereo that you know works well to each speaker to see if they are still ok.
If not, there are plenty of posts on this forum that discuss how to replace them, as well as your options for replacing that Pioneer amp with something that will give you significantly more thump.
