Default Connect MP3 Player

I have a 2001 IS300 with the standard 6CD chnager audio system. This is my first attempt at mod. I would like to add two extra RCA jacks so I can connect my portable MP3 player. I wan to tap directly into the speaker system. Has anyone done that. Where do I tap and what is the best way. Please let me know.'

Thanks

This has been an ongoing thread in other areas of the forum... there exists a few out there with "possibility"
http://shop.store.yahoo.com/xmfanstore/blauxad.html

My best solution so far is running a cassette adapter, which sounded FAR BETTER than I had hoped with my MP3 player. It is MUCH BETTER than the FM adapters I have heard!

This will keep you going until you find the solution for your RCA jacks...

Stay away from those Blitzsafe adapters!!!
Those guys are just guessing at what "sorta works". The one I bought for my 2000 ES300 contains a design error that they've refused to fix, even though they agree it's defective. Search this forum for my thread on this topic.

You can try a product like http://www.myirock.com/players/irock400fm.asp.

This is a wireless adapter that attaches to the MP3 player. I just leave it on my seat and dial the radio to the proper channel
