Default Stereo Help

Hey i was driving around and my 100% stock stereo just completely shut off, im not sure if i blew a fuse or what....i checked to see what works....I have the O.L.T upgrade so the only thing that lights up with is the green backlighting...the speakers dont work..the amp does not work...the cd changer does not work..the antenna does not work...so i am guessing that i lost power in the entire system. Everything else works..im hoping that it is just a blown fuse or a loose wire...however i dont know where to even begin to look..can anyone help me?

Well, at least we know your ignition wire still works

So, the hot wire (fuse) is the problem. you should be able to find it with the key turned off. Go into the driver side kickpanel under the dash and use a voltmeter to check both sides of the fuse for voltage.

simpler, but more time consuming way: remove each fuse one at a time and do a VERY GOOD inspection of each one.....one at a time.
