I have always enjoyed a remote starter with my cars (great to get them warmed up in the winter, and cooled down in the summer.) Not having owned a Lexus before and knowing that the 2004 LS 430 has the "SmartKey" option etc.....does anyone see any problem with installing one on this car?

Nope no problem at all! I have one and I manage a shop that installs them all the time on these cars. It takes a little longer but once installed no problems at all! You wil have to bypass the chip in the key but other than no problem!
