Can anyone identify what year and model Toyota's offered this system as stock or an option?
Interesting. Looks like a relatively simply retro-fit.
UPDATE: Never mind. The OEMVALUE.COM website indicates the Toyo cars that match up to this unit.

abboushi,
Hi there, I must say, this is an interesting thread. I was actually contemplating the very same retro of the Nav. systems. The ones doen by RMM's GS4 & Doug are certainly skifully wonderful, but i'm thinking of a bit more simpler approach.
I like the idea of using the Toyota Camry's Nav. system. I have 3 friends with a Toyota Highlander, Toyota Sequoia & a Lexus GS who would like a "stock" Nav. system install.
I think a stock double din opening should be sufficient to accommodate such a install.
Please let me know how this progresses with pics. Now we just need to get around that $1700.00 price
for the system(s)
Cheers,
Sheldon.

What does everyone think of installing/flush mounting say the ES 300 Navi system in their car?? I think this is a good stock alternative of expensive aftermarket systems.
Although those two systems does look good.![Big Grin](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Just was wondering what others thought about this option.

This is what I would do, but I didn't think it was possible, some people said the ashtray is not deep enough underneath?

I *think* the 04 Camry navigation is a bit wider than our stock headunits. My question would be, is all that is needed included? Doesn't a navigation unit require some sort of antenna to position you?
Also, would the plugs match up?
It would be awesome if it works. Can anyone verify?

but it looks like his lcd is overlapping the climate control. but its an official navi system its tight. Alpine is the best and most accurate navi systems on the market.with the 1 cd for nation.
