...and a remote wire. If your SC came with the "cell phone option", then there should be wiring for it under your arm rest. Pull out the arm rest and take a look. The blue wire is run off the ignition (hot when ignition is on, not when it's off.). Double check it, though, jus to make sure it's the same in your car.
EDIT: you'll also need an RCA cable to run from the line-level converter (LLC) to the amp. FYI - the easiest place to tap the LLC into is at the plug on the amp located underneath the CD changer in the trunk.
Good luck!

Ok, so here's the list so far
1 - 4 Gauge amp wiring kit
1 - Line Level Converter
1 - 12 or 14 Gauge speaker wire
1 - RCA cable
now, is it better to tap into the subwoofer cable before or after the amp? Just reading the last couple mosts confused me. If it's before the amp, then should the oem amp be completely avoided from the system (i think it's on the GS that the oem sub amp power the cd changer also, not sure)
I had the cell phone in my car, does that wiring poke out anywhere near the trunk? or will a backseat removal be needed to run the wire back there?
hmmm, this would be great for a FAQ if anyone is writing one

I spliced it in after the amp (in other words, the output from the amp to the speakers). I was going to use the sub amp, but it's under the rear deck lid which is a major hassle to remove. The 4 channel amp under the CD changer is easier to get to, IMO. I had no issues with the changer not working after I did this (not sure if I read your post right).
The cell phone wiring is under the center console - I think the antenna lead is the only part the heads to the rear of the car. Anyways, you MAY be able to get at (or at least see) the group of wires if you move your e-brake boot out of the way a little. I can't remember exactly how to get the console out, or I would tell you; sorry.
To do all the wiring you will need to take out the back seat... it's really easy: on the part you sit on, just grap the middle of each seat (make sense? like between the legs of the ppl who would be sitting there) and pull up till it pops out. then slide it out. You'll see three bolts (10mm or 12mm head, I can't remember). Take those out and push the back-rest part of the seat UP towards the rear window till it pops out. That's it! It takes like 5 minutes.
Have fun getting the power wire through the firewall! It's a pain! If you don't do it before the weekend I'll take pics and post them to help you out if you need it. My car isn't on campus and I am Hope this helps!!

Routing the power cable thru the firewall wasn't all that hard, but I did have to remove the tire and the plastic inner fender panels to snake the cable into the engine compartment.
In the photo below (taken from inside the wheel well, looking upwards and towards the firewall), you can see a circular black rubber grommet/plug, which had plenty of room for my 4 gauge. The cable was too thick to snake through easily, so I taped a coat hangar wire to the end of it. Because of the design of the grommet, you'll want to push it through from inside the car, towards the front.

That's what I did, too, except I did it from the engine bay, not the wheel well... I used a coat hanger, but still had a hard time getting it through that rubber piece...
