correct and also, by removing the factory amp and messing with the wires too much, you really dont know if you could be screwing something else up. Just playing it safe.

Stock radio or aftermarket? If it's the stock unit, you've just got the wrong wire - you've got a power wire instead of a switched power wire. If it's aftermarket.... I'm guessing that's the right wire, so maybe the HU is messed up? Perhaps look at the instructions and maybe have a fresh set of eyes look at them.

Am I allowed to wire the remote turn on from the ignition fuse?

I don't see why you couldn't, but why would you (I'm assuming you mean for your power amp(s))? Doesn't your head unit have a remote turn on lead?

Yes, it is for powering of my amps.

I have the regular Lexus Nakamichi head unit. I'm not sure if it will or not.

Now is there anything special I need to do since I am going to run one 5-channel amp to power everything. Everything is aftermarket EXCEPT the radio itself.

No there is nothing special that you need to do. How many things are you wanting to amp? Front speakers/ rears and sub? YOu can either use the stock wire that is already in the car that runs from the stock amp(in the trunk) to the doors or you can run new wire from the trunk to the doors...its up to you.

all you change is plug your RCA's from the other amp into the 5 channel amp.. and then wire your speaker wire to it.. YOu got it!
