Toyota 87+ Radio Harness... Scosche TA02 & Metra 70-176?1

OK, I've been doing alot of reading with the search and i've came to this conclusion, but i dont have a clear answer yet. This pertains to the SC300/400 (i dont know what else is compatible). People that have used the 87+ Toyota Adaptor harness with either the Scosche TA02 and/or the Metra 70-1761(i'm assuming that these 2 harness are the same), which factory stereo's do yall have?

Im just trying to clarify it because some people are posting that the toyota harness worked for their cars and some says that it doesnt. Well I'm one of those people that this harness doesnt work for. my stereo is the P6800 model and the 2 harness plug adaptor doesnt work. For those that have the P6800 radio and made a Toyota harness work, which one did yall use? Hopefully i can finally have an answer to this because many people will want to know also and eventually be added to the FAQ's. So help me out guys!
