Default MB Quart enclosure question

i have MB quarts components in the front and rear of my GS. I just installed it in a hurry last year, but i want to take it out and redo it and have my equipment work in the optimal conditions. for the front speakers i'm using the factory baffle that is modified so they are not completely sealed. should i put a thin layer of silicon for the front speaker so that there is a good tight enclosure. but for my rear door i'm not using a baffle at all, its just in the door with no baffle.

what does MB quart recomend to enclose there speakers in? and what would the difference between sealed and infinite, difference sound wise. thank you.
