Unhappy My factory alarm system keeps going off in the middle of the night

The last couple of days my alarm has been going off approximately twice a night for the last 3 nights. I notice that when I turn the ignition on and off to turn the alarm off the dash lights remains “on” even when the car is shut off????

Does any one know why this may be happening? How do I shut off the stock alarm?
What’s the deal with the dash light staying on?
A needle to say my battery is now dead.
Please Help

My alarm was doing the same. I Pulled the phone fuse located under the hood and it stopped. Also check the rear qtrs. sometimes water leaks down there and thiscould cause a short to any exposed connectors. It worked for me. You can start there.

Good luck!
