Hi,

i just finished installing a new headunit (Pioneer 7600MP). It was installed in my 1995 SC400. It powers up fine, all functions are fine, etc, but i just noticed that the headunit will not save my settings after i turn off the car.(EQ settings, saved radio stations, etc).

I triple checked all the wirings and everything was ok. i thought it was the headunit so i uninstalled it and put it in my other car to double check(1990 300zx TT), and it didnt have the memory problem. so then, i installed it again in the SC400, cafully checking all the wires and changed the power source to a constant source, and i still have the memory problem.

Would should i check to try and fix the problem?

just founf out i mixed up the red and yellow wires. problem fixed now.
