Short in the 20amp radio fuse
so the stock radio is not working.
there's a 20amp radio 1 fuse under the hood that keeps blowing. i can tell it's shorted out somewhere. from searches and diagrams it looks like it's the blue/yellow wire that goes to the radio. if it's the wrong wire someone correct me.
it's a constant hot lead so even if the car is off there's still 12V+ to it. the radio is out of the car with the HVAC controls and i can't find a problem with the wiring. nothing is chopped up or anything. it seems like the wiring go up and behind the glove box area.
any idea where else to check on this? should i pull out the glove box and check behind it? is there any wiring behind the SRS control box? at this point i'm just going to follow the wire all the way to the firewall and see where it goes...but if someone can point me to the right direction that'll help.
thanks!
