Rear door speakers not working

What could be the problem ? I only have the front door speakers working. Is it a connection somewhere that is not properly done or what ? What can I check ?

Is this an aftermarket set-up? Then it is possible of a connection problem. But if it is OEM, then you might have blown speakers or a bad amp.
