Default ES330 Navigation System issues

I took delivery of a 2004 ES330 with NAV & ML about a week ago. Nice car, but I've encountered the following issues, which I consider to be annoying to serious bugs. Please comment if a work-around exists.

- ML music output fails to mute when NAV Voice Guidance kicks in. SC430's prior generation NAV system had the two systems properly integrated.

- The new ~5 million POI database lacks the complete listing of basic yellowpage POI entries. The very first POI search I made, which was for "Kinko's" within the city of San Francisco failed. According to NAV's database, the closest one is located 500 miles away in southern california! Yahoo Yellowpages (which sources the very same Infousa database) lists more than a dozen in SF. Does the complete US yellowpage database not fit into a 9GB DVD?

- The NAV's female voice-engine often dictates highway names in a confusing way. I've heard better dictation implementation even in PDAs. For example, "proceed to I-280" is dictated as "proceed 2, i, 2, 80". Acura's NAV system has much more natural voice engine.

I do realize that Lexus' NAV system is one of the better (if not the best) in the industry. It's one of the reasons why I chose to purchase the car, but given the raving reviews, I did have high expectations.
