01 LS430 Mark Levinson no sound help!!!

Hello everyone! I have 01 LS430 with Nav and Mark levinson audio. The audio make no sound I had no idea what's wrong. I replace the amplifer already and the audio still not working. Anyone know what's wrong????? Do anyone know how to remove the head unit on a 01 LS with Nav?

Does the NAV system audio (voice prompts) work?
Does the head unit appear to function correctly?

Have you checked the fuse that feeds power to the amplifier?

Any sound at all (hum, noise, hiss, etc) at full volume with any source?
