Good setup for my GS 300?
Thinking of buying this from a guy for $150, good or not?

Yup - $150 is good.
Q-Logic makes solid, proven boxes and Kenwood makes good amps
Will you be connnecting it to the stock amp or to an aftermarket head unit?
Suggestion: Never screw the amp to the sub box. Easy theft for parking lot window shoppers.
Suggestion: Make sure the box fits on the ledge in the back of the trunk and remove the stock sub.
