Whats the best place to ground my "Subwoofer Amplifier" in my trunk?

I have a 91 Lexus LS400. I would like to know where is the best place i my trunk to ground my Amplifier? Im trying to avoid getting engine noise due to having a bad ground. Any body know a good spot to ground my amp?

I have a 99 GS300. I just put a little hole in the piece seperating the trunk and the back seat and ran the ground cable to a bolt under the rear seat. Works fine for me.

The bolts that hold the tie-downs are also good places. There are 4 of those, I believe. Just scrape paint on anything that you expect to make good contact with the body metal.
