Where can I tap for a ACC signal???

Hey All,
(on a 94 sc300)
I've added a line converter onto the rear subwoofer speaker to get an RCA signal,
and added a 12V power line off of the battery.
But where can get a singal to turn on/off the amp?
Can I tap somewhere on the factory amp under the CD changer? if that is what is
under the factory cd changer....
Or can I tap from the factory headunit?

ACC or remote turn on lead?

The diagram for my system is below under stereo hack, or go to my web site. Use caution thought, Percy pointed out this is not the same on all Lexi breed.
