They make a unit that you can plug into your portable devices that sends out a FM radio signal. However, I forgot the name/brand of the product.

It's called an FM Modulator and can be found at most electronis stores or on eBay.
Example of what you're looking for

Good luck.

I recommend the Belkin Tunecast II. You can select the entire FM band for the best channels. Got mine off eBay for $23 includes ship, cig adapter, and battery.

If you can take out your stock Head Unit, you can install the FM Modulator.

ntran18: I don't like the Belkin because it broadcasts it's signal. Wouldn't you be annoyed if you were at a stoplight, listening to your favorite pop hit when some chump pulls up next to you with a Belkin and all of a sudden you're listening to the country song being broadcast off his iPod?

It is kinda cool though. Example: You pull up to a light and there's a hot chick in the car next to you. You hear the song she's playing and by guess and check, find the station she's on.
Now you flip your Belkin to that station and play the "Damn you're hot" voice recording off your iPod. =)

LMFAO. That'll be the last time you see her. hehe

Is there a better way to do this? I mean, isn't a ton of quality lost in the FM broadcast? What about those cassette tape adapters? Is the signal transmission any better with those?
