Default Torn Dust Cap

I recently purcahsed a JL IB4 off of fleabay for my sc300. I got the sub and there is a hairline crack or tear in the dust cap. I know that the dust cap being pushed in doesnt really effect anything but I was just curious if there is something I could do to seal or bond the crack so it doesnt seperate anymore. I dont want to just start throwing any old glue on there because I worry about if it will harden it and make matters worse.
