Backup/Reverse Sensor System
My local Lexus dealer has a reverse sensor system that is going for around $400, but I found systems on ebay for really cheap. The logic and wiring for these things seem really easy, but I'm skeptical because of the prices of these things. Anyone ever buy one of these?

I would think the ones on Ebay in the UK are going to be pretty much the same as the ones in the US, in which case no I wouldnt. I have a Cobra Parkmaster which is a flush mount four sensor kit and is very good. Have a look here it may give you an idea if any are available in the states.

Hey man,
The whole premise seems pretty simple on how they work, so I don't see why the ebay one wouldn't work.
Lexus likes to overcharge as you well know. Today they tried to charge me $44 for a hose that I got at the auto store for $1.70.
Yesterday they charged me $7 for a single bolt!!
Peace,
Jonny

There are multiple backup sensor systems, look here for autotoys backup sensors. I have the Mini-3 system on my Honda Odyssey van and it works great! The new Mini 5S system looks interesting with the flush mount sensors.
