Does anyone know if an overhead monitor can be installed on a car that has a sunroof? I have a 98 GS and would like to install one just behind the sunroof.
I done it on my 91 LS400 and got no problem at all. The only thing you have to concern about it is it will block the rear view when the monitor is down.
Yeah I know it would probably block the rear view mirrow when it is down. My questions is though, when you screw it on the headliner does the screws and wires intefere with the sunroof shade slide in and out?
Before install the o/h monitor I was worry about the same thing. The guy at the shop told me got no porblem at all. If you let someone to install the monitor make sure tell him about the sunroof shade.
