Radio code for 1998 SC400 NAK w/CD
Hi
I just got a used 1998 SC400. Does anyone here know how to set the radio code? Or if it was already set how to retrieve or reset it? The radio is working but I want to know incase I ever lose the battery.

they quite putting antitheft code ability in by 1998. even in early radios the code was enterred by the owner not the factory. some dealers in high crime areas enterrred them but only 1 out of 100 codable lexus radios have a code enterred. i have the master code for es300 first generation radios if anyone needs it. i lost the number for awhile and found it again.
