Engine Noise / Speaker Whine
I installed my indash double din dvd player/screen but i'm getting speaker noise that goes with the RPM as the engine is running and I also get it when the power antenna goes up/down if that helps. I'm using the factory amp since I would get the sam watts if I used the high outputs (internal amp in the headunit) and have to do alot more wiring. Oh yeah my heaudnit has RCAS coming off with FR.FL,RR, and RL rcas coming off so I took old rca wires I had laying around and connected them to the rca outputs from my headunit and spliced them into my wiring harness and everything is wonderful except the engine whine oh yeah and half of my climate control button lights are out.

This may be a little obvious but you've got a bad ground someplace or your old RCA cables are not shielded enough and are close enough to something that has engine noise to pick it up.

First, get better RCA cables. Cheap cables are a prescription for bringing in unwanted noise.
Second, how have you grounded your new unit? You should ground it to a point that is the SAME ground point as your headunit, without a lot of cabling or metal in the ground between them (need low resistance).
You'll need to pay attention to details like these if you want to get rid of the noise. It is very often difficult, and nearly impossible to predict what the actual noise coupling mechanism is, without seeing your system and experimenting.
