Bezee:
It is pretty easy to remove the mast. It is a standard power antenna with a plastic gear rack on the bottom.
You just remove the round locknut at the top of the fender and then .... Crap, I forget.
Try a search on antenna mast removal and you should find it. If not PM me and I can look it up in the service manual. You hold a couple of buttons on the radio and power the radio up with the locknut off the top of the antenna and the mast will feed out --- or if it's stuck you can pull it out as the motor helps you. If the gear in the antenna base is screwed, you'll have to replace the whole assembly. If not, just the mast is easy.
It's not just frozen in place (ice inside) is it?

Nah its definetly not frozen and i dont believe it is bent either, because i can manually raise and lower the antenna. I can hear the motor running when it is supposed to raise and lower it but it doesnt move.

There is a plastic wire like thing that has teeth inside the antenna tha has benn broken or worn down. Look on ebay for and antenna mast for your specific car it will be like $15 and it comes with instructions. ( these are brand new)
