After getting the ML, I'd be interested in reading what others feel about the sound, especially if they were used to the std Pioneer set-up.
Also, I'd be interested if Percy has any suggestions on replacement/upgrade drivers for the doors.
I'll post my review of the ML system once I see some feedback (interest)from the board...
Thanks, Steve

I have the standard Pioneer in my GS and my father recently purchased the new LS with the ML in it. While I haven't tested the system to its capacity the biggest difference I notice is that the ML has much smoother and tighter bass as well as clarity. I was very impressed.

To tell you the truth,
I liked the way the ML system sounded in the SC I saw...I bet you percy would tell you to change out the speakers to Dynaudio... go for it... thos are good speakers... too expensive for my blood though!

The dyns are worth every penny. I can still imagine them in a ML system...they'd sound great! Really raises the bar to the next level for a stock system.

Lets see..
MW160 drivers (7 inch rounds) for the front door midbass and rear midbass area. MD100 tweeters for the front pillar locations. You'll have to take the MD100's out of the casing and solder them to additional wire to the tinsel leads. That's the only way to get them in a compact space such as the pillars. For the rears, since they're coaxial in the ML system, you'll have to figure out a way to get a tweeter creatively mounted in there. The sub can be either Dyns MW190 12 incher or another brand of your choosing. Audition before you buy!
