Default aftermarket AMP-92-SC400

Hi, I just purchased a 92 sc400 wiht the namigatchi sound system... but the amp isnt working. The question is what are some good quality but affordable amps that are compatible with the existing wires/12 disk changer. not looking to spend over 150 on this just want to be able to listen to music.
thanks.

Also the 12 disk changer I have will it play burned cd's or only store bought ones? If the anwser is only store bought . What is the best replacement either a 12 disk changer that plays cd/r or just a single player that plays mp3... Im just not wanting to take out the factory radio....

You are probably going to find that the stock cd player will only play the store bought cd's. It may even skip when playing those. As for a replacement.. You just get any fm modualted cd changer however it is a PAIN in THE A$$ to install one. It involves removing your stock radio and and finding the right wires to splice into! For an amp, just get an OEM replacement. It will save you many head aches

Default Stereo headache

Ok, so it sounds like im gonna pay to have that changer put in.... But what is an OEM amp? Is there an amp that works with the existing wires that i can just clip into?
Also im not sure if i need an amp here is my current situation.

2-12 disk changer but no cartridge.
2 factory amps 1 broke 1 installed worked fine at one time. but placed in another car untill i bought this car and requested it be put back in.

Now Radio doesnt work. (no sound) -- Untill I turn my interior lights on. is this normal?
As soon as i turn lights on I can hear sound.
the problem-- sounds kinda crappy--- when i put the fade entirely in the 3 main speakers in the back i can barely hear anything but the bass...
Does this sound like bad wiring our bad amp or blown speakers or none of the above.....

any help is appreciated.

OEM amp=factory amp. Just get a replacement. If you want to put in an aftermarket amp search for my thread "installing a sub in an SC400" and it also sounds like your speakers are blown.
