Default Speaker problems...can't figure out why.

both the rear speakers dont work, but everything looks fine. all the front speakers still work along with the radio but the rear speakers including the sub dont work. I looked under the seat and checked the connections - nothing. I hooked up a speaker that was known to work - nothing. I'm thinking maybe the problem lies somewhere in the amp or a fuse but I dont know where to start checking. Has anyone experienced this and have a solution?
thanks

is it an aftermarket amp or factory. please explain what kind of car and setup you currently have. All equipment would be helpful.

Im going to take a WILD GUESS and say that your speakers have bit the dust. You might want to look for some replacements

ahh missed that part my bad. ..trying to figure out problem now.
Ok well you are right about the obvious...Amp or fuse. I don't know if there is a dedicated fuse for the rear speakers so can't help there. Bad amp? Could be.
