I just picked up my '05 ES330 (w/o nav or Levinson) and I'm very satisfied with the factory stereo except that it cannot play MP3's. It does have stereo controls on the steering wheel. Without going crazy, is there a reliable way to give the car dependable MP3 play capability and still use the same factory head unit? I don't care for the cassette inserts or wires dangling everywhere. Thank you very much, Bob in NE Penna.

you might want to check into see if it has changer controls. if so then you may be able to get an adapter to use with the alpine ipod interface and an ipod. if it doesn't you can always use a portable mp3 player and use one of those wireless fm adapters that plug into the headphone jack to run it through you factory stereo. the first ideas has major sound quality advantage if it can be done
