Default Problem with Navigation System

My screen is partly frozen. The buttons on the left side work fine but the buttons on the right side do not respond. When I start my engine I get the 1st page and you are supposed to press the "I Agree" button. But it does not work so I can't get to the map. Do I need to reboot my computer? If so, how? Can I do it myself? Did I accidentally hit a button that locked out my screen? Any suggestions? I've only had the car for 6 months so I can't believe that its already malfunctioning.

Thanks
