oem radio in SC400 not working.

oem radio in SC400 not working.
I purchased a 92 SC400 yesterday and the radio turns on but no music plays. Can it be the Nak. amp? Theres also and Sony CD changer hooked up to it that im going to remove. I dont think that works either.
